I am a Union Steward at ORD for 11 years. I'm a baggage TSO who became a Steward because I like to help people to ensure every person is treated fairly.

My name is Marla Dishinger and I am ORD. I became a steward after I needed the union to help me out with a situation. I saw how important it was to have the knowledge and support of a representative. I want to be able to help those who need this support.

My name is Gino Gerbasi and I am the Steward at Appleton International Airport. I became a Steward because I wanted to help my co-workers understand the importance of being a Union member and because I want to help protect worker rights.

My name is Piotr Chmura and I work at ORD. I joined the Union and became a Steward to make a difference and to make the workplace a better place to work.

My name is Jecoya Jameson, a TSO from Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield, IL. I have been with TSA for 18 years with the majority of that time as part of the Union. I accepted the role as an Union Steward for my airport because we lacked representation. I wanted to speak up for officers who were unable to speak up for themselves. I wanted to be the voice of reason in situations where they were at an impasse. I simply wanted to help.

My name is Carla Fincher and I’m from (DEC) Airport. Considering we originally had no union members at my airport, I thought I could assist them by becoming a steward. I know in this position I can help others at my airport if needed.

My name is Jim Graziano from ORD. I became a union steward because I believe in the power of collective action to address workplace concerns effectively. My passion for fairness and workers' rights drives me to advocate for my colleagues and ensure they are treated equitably. My personal experiences and observations of workplace issues further motivated me to take on this role and work towards positive change. Serving as a union steward allows me to make a tangible difference in the lives of my coworkers and contribute to a more equitable and harmonious work environment.

My name is Steve Piper and I have been working at MKE for 3 years. I became a steward to ensure fair treatment for my co-works and to be a voice for them.

My name is Brenda Stice-Hyde and I started my career with TSA in April of 2021 in Destin, Florida. I transferred to UIN in July 2022 as a Lead Officer. I became a union steward because I genuinely wanted to make a positive impact. I not only want to help officers with disputes, but I also see a genuine need to support the good officers, the ones who show up every day and work hard.

My name is Tony Limani . I am currently located at Bloomington Airport (BMI) .Having the union in my corner made a big difference for me and got me the results I wanted. Since I have already experienced the benefits of the union I want to be the person going forward to do the same for others.
