To me, the union is a group of hard working people who put honesty and integrity above everything. It is a group of people who fight for good. As the Executive Vice President, I am here for the rights, health and safety, equality, unity and solidarity for all the members. What I expect out of the union is help to protect employees from unjust dismissal through collective bargaining agreements. Representation for unfair and unjust discipline. Due process during investigations. A voice for BUES when no one is listening. And last but not least, a strong united presence and united front of Eboard and members.
